Testimonials - What Others Say About Will Case

"On behalf of myself and my wife, may I say how very thankful we are to
you for your kindness and support guiding us through the formalities of our mother's funeral preparations and the smoothness with which the funeral proceeded. We have been comforted by the positive comments mode by friends and family regarding the service. We had hoped there would be more people in the chapel but apart from her close family we are aware that at the grand age of 94 most of Mum's friends and acquaintances were either unable to get there because of their frailty or may have already passed away."

Mr B, Salisbury

"The family and I would like to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for all the help and assistance you have conveyed during this sad time. We are extremely grateful and are indebted for your professional services including those of Michael and Amie too."

Mr F, Durrington

"Thank you so much for your dedicated service. We are most grateful to you all in the way you conducted the funeral arrangements."

Mr K, Amesbury

I would like to say thank you for making a difficult day a little easier. Mum's funeral went to military precision and was everything she would have wanted as a fitting tribute to her life. I would like to thank you for making it possible to have her last day made perfect with both humour and sadness, making it possible to have the hyms and service she would have loved. Thank you for putting that human, personal touch that is so sadly missing today.

Mrs H

On behalf of all our family and friends, thank you from the very bottom of our hearts for a truly special send off for our little princess. The professionalism and personal touches that you added made for a very beautiful service. If the day had been any different, we feel it would have been depressingly sad. Yet, despite our grief, we have very treasured memories of Simone's day, and we are grateful for all you did.

Her funeral was fit for a princess, our little princess. Thank you again for everything.

Mrs G

My Mother and I would like to extend our sincere thanks to Amy for her kindness, professionalism, flexibility and expertise. From start to finish she really was absolutely brilliant at all times. Nothing seemed too much effort, even on a bank holiday weekend. Her actions at the funeral itself were exemplary. My Father had lost an awful lot of weight before he passed and my Mother and I were apprehensive about how he would look in a suit that he had not worn for a few years. Amy reassured us that it was do-able which it indeed was. Even without the embalming she made him look “good” again in the chapel of rest. The small things such as knocking the door of the chapel of rest before she entered to light candles meant an awful lot to us.

Although Chris was also involved, this was not to the same extent as Amy, due to (I believe) his annual leave. Chris was also very professional and courteous, as well as understanding. This was particularly evident when he and a colleague came to collect my Father from the Cedars nursing home at Landford.

Our initial contact with your business was due to one of your pallbearers (James Brixey) being a personal friend of mine who suggested we enlist your services. My Mother and I are certainly glad we did.

Mrs E, Landford
